Ship the Product: You will need to ship the product back to us at the provided address. Please ensure the product is properly packed and returned in its original condition.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item upon receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

2. Cancellation Policy

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to the return policy above).

  • Opened or tampered packaging.
